The body’s chemistry runs on two-way pathways like these. A SNP in one can be strategically supported, or the pathway can simply be unburdened. So my approach isn’t micromanaging pathways. It’s unburdening the body.

A knowledge system for an integrative practice

Problem
Practitioners, staff and families needed consistent answers to complex clinical questions, and the same gaps kept coming up.
What I did
Built protocol and decision-support guides, onboarding materials, patient education and the workflows behind them: onboarding, lab ordering and tracking, follow-up and care coordination.
Result
Accurate, current answers at the point of need, and complex protocols applied the same way every time.

Infinite Health PLLC, 2015 to present

A private-label supplement program

Problem
The practice needed therapeutic products it could stand behind, with education that helped patients use them well.
What I did
Co-developed it end to end: strategy, product evaluation, education, vendor coordination and rollout.
Result
About $360,000 in annual revenue.

Target Pharmacy, 1998 to 2013

Opening the Stonecrest Target pharmacy

Problem
A new store needed a pharmacy that could run safely and fast from day one, in a highly regulated, high-volume setting.
What I did
Set the staffing plan, workflows, systems and service standards, then led the team that ran it.
Result
A new pharmacy that opened with its staffing, workflows and service standards already in place.

About

I spent fifteen years leading high-volume retail pharmacy at Target, including opening the Stonecrest store’s pharmacy from the ground up. Since 2015 I have worked in integrative care at Infinite Health and Healthy Kids, Happy Moms, building the protocol guides, onboarding materials, patient education and workflows that let a practice deliver complex care consistently.

I co-developed a private-label supplement program that brings in about $360,000 a year. I use AI tools to speed up research, synthesis and content work, with human review and clinical rigor always in charge.
